Technical Business Analyst (Remote, Latam)

We are headquartered in Miami, FL with a strong South American team, and have clients and partners in the US market of all sizes and verticals. We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a Business Analyst that is well-versed in web and mobile product discovery and strategy and is located in Latin America, preferably in Argentina. As we are currently working with multiple companies on many different products, we have quite a few projects where someone like you could make a difference.

We are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst roles.
• Ability to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs through dialogue with business sponsors.
• Experience developing detailed documentation, such as gap analyses, business process flow charts, decision tables, features, and business requirements documents to aid in the development and refinement of new analytical tools and processes.
• Experience maintaining project requirements and scope.
• Experience maintaining documentation of changes and improved procedures.
• Proactivity resolving customer satisfaction issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
